Attorney Brenda L. Seal is a bilingual immigration attorney licensed to practice law in both Mexico and in the state of Texas, U.S. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

She began her legal career in Mexico, where she earned her Bachelor’s in Law in 2010. Later, she pursued a Master’s program at National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM), and continued furthering her education by earning her Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Washington University in St. Louis – School of Law, in 2019. She is licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA).

Before founding her own practice, Attorney Mrs. Seal gained invaluable experience working with different immigration law firms in Texas. She supervised a team and reviewed a variety of complex matters, gaining practical experience and deepening her passion for this area of law.

Attorney Seal practices exclusively in U.S. immigration law. Whether helping professionals obtain TN visas, reuniting families, assisting victims of domestic violence, helping with consulate denials and response to request for evidence, or guiding individuals through the milestone of becoming a U.S. citizen, she approaches each case with unwavering dedication and compassion.

Her creativity and outside-the-box thinking have been the key to finding solutions when other paths seemed closed — especially in cases where the answer wasn’t obvious and others couldn’t help.
